Our Process:

Based in our context immersion, we developed the communications strategy, including the project's brand, adapted to the needs of our previously identified publics and audiences

 

Conceptos Plásticos

User needs' exploration based on Design Thinking, data analysis, Lego(r) Serious Play(r), product development and testing

Our Challenge:

Development of a global reach methodology to implement Conceptos Plásticos' business model

Our Process:

Based on the results of our users' analysis from two different contexts and a co-creation process, we developed a methodology that is currently being tested 

 

UNICEF 10K

United Nations International Children's Fund

Managing the sponsors and creating the concept for the UNICEF 10k race in Bogotá

Our Process:

Our legal representative is the project manager of the race. We have also created the concept as well as the key visual for all the merchandising and advertising needed for its promotion

Designing the educational material for a finances training program aimed to women of colombian country regions

Our Process:

We developed the editorial design and the illustrations of 5 methodological guides inspired by the diversity of colombian women 

 

Innpacto por la Innovación

Innovative incubator in Colombia

Skills:

Project Management, UX design, Design Research, Experience design.

Our Challenge:

Create the contents, and design an interactive experience for an innovative and disruptive event.

Our Process:

We created the conceptualization of this innovation event about the strategy for the Bogotá region, an event with 700 attendees. A different, disruptive and very creative event. We also coordinated logistics of Innpacto and carried out the academic curatorship.

 

Florverde  Sustainable Flowers

®

International Certificate Standard

Our Challenge:

Create and coordinate a design marketing strategy focused on human-centered design.

Our Process:

We coordinated the creation and execution of the marketing strategy for the standard from 2013-2016 that was focused on giving added value to the flower producers who made the decision of certifying their products by Florverde® Sustanaible Flowers label.

Create the business strategy focused on users needs and brand design design an online course for change makers of communities from different regions of Colombia.

We’re in charge of the creation and execution of the business model strategy that includes marketing and communications.

This project seeks to create social cohesion through street soccer and the learning of the 21st century skills.

Our Process:

We manage a collaborative work between german and colombian teams in order to create communication pieces for each project and successful cases of the fund.

Association of Colombian Flower Exporters (Asocolflores)

Our Challenge:

Creation of the first App for flower workers in Colombia to improve the communication of the company’s values

Our Process:

We coordinated the desk research and the field work to get insights to identify the best and sustainable option to create an App for the flower workers. We also lead the process of prototyping, iteration and implementation of the App.

This project seeks to build awareness to problems such as violence against women and child labor.
